Ms. Jayashree Ramachandran is a commerce and MBA graduate. She did her internship with a leading equities brokerage house and shifted to mutual fund and fixed income research at Mata Securities India Private Limited, a leading brokerage house for fixed income and mutual fund distributor. She worked in various capacities, fixed income dealer, research and mutual fund research. She moved abroad and continued to be in financial market and was employed as a fund accountant with a hedge fund.

Ms. Pushpa Rai is a post-graduate in commerce and a MBA graduate. She started her career as an Analyst with a leading financial daily, covering IPOs and stocks, feature writer for industry, and stocks analysis. She shifted to fixed income and macro research. She handled fund management of around US$ 10bn that included surplus and retirement funds. She was leading a business vertical of fixed income broking, and proprietary trading of fixed income securities and interest rate futures. She was Director in a Mutual Fund and handled takeover of the fund.
